This was my easiest and best car buying experience yet. I went to the dealership because my car was totaled in an accident and was waiting for the insurance check to come in. Later that week, after the check came in, Joey personally drove the car to my house and I bought the car in my own kitchen. I got a better car for a better price! We have been looking for a vehicle for some time. Joe was very curteous and made us feel at home right away. I truly enjoyed my car-buying experience at Hyundai of St Augustine. I took my time about purchasing/trading in my Cadillac Escalade and finding something comparable but more economical. Randy was extremely knowledgeable and has been in the car buying industry for a long time and suprisingly knew exactly what bells and whistles were in my Cadillac and what I would be looking for in a Limited Hyundai Vera Cruz. I met with Josh 3 months later and closed the deal. What I was most happy with, was the fact that we worked on what I wanted... options, price, trade-in-value, etc... the focus was on what I was willing to accept, way before they ever asked me financing information. I'd been to many dealerships that want you to fill out financing info before you are even talking about what YOU want. I felt that they really wanted me to be happy with my product when I left, and although I miss my old car of nearly 10 years, I do LOVE the Vera Cruz! Thank you Josh and Randy! More
