I have been buying cars for 50 years and I can honestly say this was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had . I was attracted to the Hyundai St Augustine WEB site because they didn't require a p say this was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had . I was attracted to the Hyundai St Augustine WEB site because they didn't require a phone number contact like most dealerships do. I didn't want to be phone harassed and began my email correspondence with salesman Roosevelt Ramsubhag. After several email exchanges we arrived at a price and I was asked if it would be permissible for Roosevelt to call me. I agreed and a confirmation on the terms and price were verbally exchanged. I drove across state to pick up the vehicle. Upon arriving, me and my wife were warmly greeted by Roosevelt. His welcome felt sincere and we were even more impressed how he handled our transaction. Bottom line is we never felt pressured to purchase additional services or products. There were no surprises in the terms and prices we had exchanged over the phone and internet. Because of my vehicle color requirements, Roosevelt had coordinated bringing up the Genesis V8 with tech package from the Cocoa beach Hyundai dealership. He took us through the elaborate details of the vehicle and spent at least an hour showing us all the operational considerations that go with a vehicle of this type. We met with the financial director (Jason Parsons)to close the deal which turned out to be a very good experience as well. He never hinted at trying to sell us the old standards like undercoating,extra protection etc. The total experiences were not only painless but truly gratifying. My only regret is I don't live close enough to have my Genesis serviced by their shop. I can hardly wait until I need another vehicle because I know I will be treated with care and respect from Hyundai of St Augustine. More

Bought a 3.8 V6 Genesis Tech Pkg. I was in contact with Ryne and Andrew on email only all through the process and they answered each and every question I had and responses were very quick. I kept communicating with them for almost over a month and it was always email only. They gave me good proper answers to all my qeuestions and even sent me photos that I asked them to take and send me. When it came to price, i asked for all inclusive price and they gave me a very neat break down of dealer fee and tax tag title etc with an out the door price. I was happy to see no hidden costs. At no point did they attempt to call me or ask for my phone number as I did everything though email only. i drove up from Orlando and they had the car in the front porch waiting for me fully fueled up, I test drove it and then gave them the parts I wanted changed (Genesis front, rear and steering badges and wheel badges). They did it right there in front of me and made sure they took care and protection not to scratch or damage anything. I was happy with that. Took it back washed and waxed it (watched over it as well) and had it ready. Only then did we go to sign papers and they also got me a better rate than my bank. Process was smooth, no hasstle or haggle. All paperwork was done error free and systematically. I was given a copy of all the documents and I asked for a few other copies and they willingly gave copies of all documents I asked for (even reference documents). They offered to drive back my car to Orlando as I drove up to St Augustine from Orlando. Though they could not get a driver the same evening, they got it back to me the next afternoon which made me happy. Overall a great experience and will definetly buy from them. More

I spoke with this salesman over the phone several times and then flew from New York to purchase a vehicle. He showed me all the colors available, explained all the features in the car and there was no pressure at any point during the sale. He was more than accomodating for my specific needs and more than willing to help with after the sale servicing of the vehicle. During my sales experience, I also met the sales manager and owner of the dealership, both of whom were also more than helpful. I cannot say enough about the attention and assistance I experienced in this purchase. Although I was purchasing this vehicle for someone who lives in Florida, while I reside in New York. I have to admit, if I need to purchase a vehicle for myself in the future, it will be from this dealership in Florida and I'll drive the car home to New York. I have never had such a pleasant experience when purchasing a car! More
