Chris went above the call of duty. I found out my extended warranty did not do what i was led to believe. I had to have a washer pump installed. I left with a good feeling toward your dealership. I can assure you that i will be letting everyone the good experience that i had. I know what customer service is because i was a manager for Winn Dixie for 16 years. More
Called spoke to Debbie she told me to come in the next morning.Debbie greeted me when I arrived. She sent a mechanic to go for a ride with me so he could hear the noise in the rear of my wife's 2010 Elant morning.Debbie greeted me when I arrived. She sent a mechanic to go for a ride with me so he could hear the noise in the rear of my wife's 2010 Elantra Touring. He heard the noise and he took the car into the service bay. He came out bout 20 minutes later and told he tightened up a loose nut on the rear suspension. We took another ride and the noise was gone. He then brought the car to be washed. Debbie is a tremendous Service Manager. She followed up multiple times with me to get a recall item repaired. She was efficient in getting the part in for me, scheduled me to have it installed and had it d multiple times with me to get a recall item repaired. She was efficient in getting the part in for me, scheduled me to have it installed and had it done in less than 30 minutes. PLUS, she checked all my fluid levels, filled my tires, and checked my brakes, for NO CHARGE! We purchased the Sonata here about 10 months ago and we are going to be shopping for a SUV shortly. We will be buying from these folks because they make buying a vehicle "a piece of cake" More
