I am super happy with the service representatives and how responsive they are with the valet service and more but charging the customers the 3% fee from Credit cards is a a large negative. More

KC, Thank you for letting us know about the positive experience you had with our service team and valet service. We are sorry that the credit card fee is an inconvenience, but please understand that we are not charging anything. The fee is simply passed on from the credit card providers. We follow strict state laws and realize no profit from the interchange fees. However, we cannot continue to absorb the thousands of dollars in credit card fees per month and still keep our pricing competitive. As such, we give our customers the option of paying with a debit card, check, or cash, which incur no surcharge or fees. If we failed to properly explain these options to you, we apologize and will try to communicate more effectively moving forward.
