Thank you for the response. I want to emphasize that this wasn’t a routine service visit. I am extremely detail-oriented and very hands-on with my vehicles. I’ve done most of my own mechanical work in the past, so trusting a shop with something as major as a full engine replacement doesn’t come naturally to me. I ask a lot of specific questions. I want to understand procedures, revisions, and updates. I know that can be demanding for a service advisor. Dan handled every bit of it with patience and professionalism. He never brushed off my questions, never made me feel difficult, and maintained a great attitude throughout the entire process. That level of composure and transparency is rare. Because of him, I walked away confident in both the work and the dealership.
