Great Experience In an effort to try to help reduce the monthly payment of our current vehicle my wife and I set out to trade in our car. After a couple of very discouraging days we came to the realization of how much we overpaid for our Sequoia platinum which has us 12,000 upside down! We went to Carmax with the promise of no hassle pricing to only have them offer us a few thousand less than wholesale which made our seemingly deep $12,000 hole more like a $17,000 hole. We felt lost and defeated about what we could do. The objective of my wife and I was to try to lower our payment. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that I could end up with a superior luxury vehicle and still save $350 a month on our payment. My wife and I always loved the Infiniti QX 80 but always assumed it was out of our price range. While searching for a solution, and dreaming of owning the Infiniti QX 80, I found myself driving through the infinity parking lot where I came across Thomas then his manager Jeff. They were both soooo awesome! They were extremely responsive and made me feel like I was the only client they were working with. From constant communication to even after hours 10 o’clock phone calls, they went above and beyond to help my wife and I. They made this deal possible by giving me close to the high-end Kelley blue book of what my car is worth and discounting my purchase to a point where keeping the lights on was all they were looking to accomplish.. This obviously wasn’t sad, but, as a business owner given what they paid me for my Sequoia and the amount they discounted I can only assume there wasn’t any real money to they made this deal possible by giving me close to the high-end Kelley Blue Book of what my car is worth and discounting my purchase to a point where I could see the light of the hole I was in coming through. My wife and I now find ourselves in an incredibly beautiful QX 80 that is far superior to the vehicle we traded in but yet $350 less per month. Becky in financing even got them to take a little bit more off the already negotiated sales price to save me some additional money per month. I highly recommend Jeff and his team to anyone looking for a fair, honest and ethical car buying experience. Not to mention, infinity is the best value for your dollar so it’s a real win-win! More
