I then looked around and bought a new Infiniti from this dealership. the purchase process was easy and I was able to continue my relationship with my service advisor Dan. He is spectacular. He knows me and my car. I have had nothing but positive experiences for over 150k miles between the cars.

- DustinI don’t recommend using the Roseville Infinity Service Department, John Phillips, or Robert Rogers. They had our car in for Insurance claim. They then had our car towed to Co-Part without our authorization. I had actually told John Philips that we were keeping the car and wanted it towed to our house. More than 6 months later, I can’t even get our correct key fob back after leaving messages for Service Dept Assistant Manager John Philips and Manager Robert Rogers. They gave Co-Part a Nissan key fob for our Infinity and sent emails to John and Robert Rogers showing photos that they messed up, and not Co-Part, like they claimed. It’s pretty crazy that they charge premium prices with terrible customer service. We want our correct key fob back and I’m pissed that they have made this impossible to get back!

- Supersecret1205Found myself in the market for a new car. Contacted the dealership, within 10 minutes I had a quote, car was located and ready to obtain with my consent. Application was easy n seem less. Clear communication was delivered. Within same day car was delivered and my pick up the next morning was by far exquisite. Esther Shamouel was not only organized, knowledgeable, but took her time to explain every step including my tutorial of how to use the functions on my car. I left feeling I made the right choice with Infinite. My follow cal the next day was also much appreciated. Would definitely come back and continue my relationship with Esther and the dealership.

He always provided with the loaner car while my car was being serviced which was awesome. I appreciate him taking the time out of his busy schedule to send me the pictures of my car during the make-over process. Todd was very knowledgeable with pairing my phone to the car when I wasn't able to and he is genuinely a nice guy. It has been a wonderful experience at the Infiniti Rooseville! Thank you so much again Todd!
