I can't thank this dealership info for their amazing personal service and amazing staff!! Went above and beyond to help me in my car non-warranty predicament. From the verge of tears to the biggest smile ever. I was able to meet with GM Marco who truly cared about my car issue. I was treated like a VIP!!! I am now a proud new owner.of a 2019 Qx60!! I still wished some one in the service department would give me a copy of the inspection report on my car (and not a copy of the Carfax report). I already have 4 copies of the Carfax and no copy of the original inspection report

"Questionable service response "

Our 2017 small SUV has spent two weeks in repair. Unable to determine how to fix. There are three vehicles in USA with this same problem. After two weeks repair picked up car no lights were on. That only lasted three days. Dropped off car on Monday no call no status simple update would be helpful.

"G37 oil change to a QX70 instead "

I came in just for a oil change on my 2011 G37 which I loved. Just walked around lot and saw the 2014 QX70. Test drove for the fun of it while waiting, and really wasn't looking to buy at all. Norm was really amazing about just asking the right questions , and tossing a deal together just to see. I traded in my 2011 G37 / 2005 GMC Denali and got the QX70 which replaces 2 cars in one. At no time did I ever feel pressured into this deal, and was amazed at the great deal they worked for me. I'm very excited to start new journeys in my QX70 Thanks Norm / Jeff Art Brickell
