I don’t recommend using the Roseville Infinity Service Department, John Phillips, or Robert Rogers. They had our car in for Insurance claim. They then had our car towed to Co-Part without our authorization. I had actually told John Philips that we were keeping the car and wanted it towed to our house. More than 6 months later, I can’t even get our correct key fob back after leaving messages for Service Dept Assistant Manager John Philips and Manager Robert Rogers. They gave Co-Part a Nissan key fob for our Infinity and sent emails to John and Robert Rogers showing photos that they messed up, and not Co-Part, like they claimed. It’s pretty crazy that they charge premium prices with terrible customer service. We want our correct key fob back and I’m pissed that they have made this impossible to get back!
