This was truly a rare car buying experience that I suspect is a regular occurrence for this dealership. Adam was a rare car professional, and I use that term because he is simply above the "car salesman" prototype. He established a relationship and trust. He continued to support his position that he was there to help us get what we wanted and that, although he wasnt positive he could deliver as we had significant restrictions, he was going to work for us and not his manager or his paycheck. He clearly saw the bigger picture that this approach would yield greater returns in the long run. After having a rather insulting experience at another Infiniti dealer a few months earlier this dealership renewed our faith and we have no doubt found our new home when it comes to car buying.
