While we were negotiating the price, Mr Joe Belmonte (sales manger) started to be rude and snob. He not only refused our offer which was not much less than theirs but said " No More Offers and Discount for you guys". He was extremely rude which made me and my friend offended. This is totally unacceptable specially when someone is in sales and negotiating position. I was totally disappointed with his behaviour and said sorry to my friend. His behaviour led me to decide not to recomment any of my friend and write this comments. More

Without hesitation I knew exactly where to go to purchase another vehicle. I immediately contacted Jeff Walker and Gary Muller over at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. They rapidly emailed me their inventory of cars that matched my preferences. The very next day I drove off the lot in a Q50. I highly recommend this dealership. They have gained a customer for life. A Great New Car Experience With as many new vehicles as I have purchased over the last 35 years, I can count on one hand the number of times the experience has been pleasurable With as many new vehicles as I have purchased over the last 35 years, I can count on one hand the number of times the experience has been pleasurable and a really nice experience. Working with Steven Johnson has been one of those rare experiences. His long experience shows in how he takes his time to work with his clients to be sure they are ending up happy. I was so impressed with the time and patience he showed both me and my wife. I was convinced I wanted a QX30 and Steven could see that that was not the right vehicle for me. He did not up sell me, the prices were very similar; he gently showed me why a QX50 was better for me - and he was right! He worked to reach a very fair deal and I drove away very happy. We all know a new car is one of life's most enjoyable purchases, but the process can be aggravating. Please, go see Steve Johnson.
