I was so impressed with the time and patience he showed both me and my wife. I was convinced I wanted a QX30 and Steven could see that that was not the right vehicle for me. Purchased CPO Q50 from Bob Polenak I do a lot of work in Chicago and will be moving from Des Moines to Oakbrook in the near future. Was planning on buying a car once we moved, but decid I do a lot of work in Chicago and will be moving from Des Moines to Oakbrook in the near future. Was planning on buying a car once we moved, but decided to stop in and look at the G37X vs the Q50 WD. Went in dealership, told receptionist that I needed to talk to sales, Bob Polenak was immediately available. I told him I only had about 30 - 45 minutes before I had to go to airport to catch a flight home. He immediately jumped to action and got the keys to booth vehicle and we went on test drives. he was very informed about both cars and all specs of each including explaining the CPO program. I left telling Bob that I saw a brown colored Q50 with a tan interior that I really liked at a different dealership. I left not thinking much about next steps. About 1 week later Bob send pictures and videos of a brown/tan Q50 that he just got in. I went to Chicago the next week, test drove it and bought the car from Bob. Overall an EXELLENT EXPERIENCE and would HIGHLY recommend Bob to anyone. Garrett in Finance was also excellent to work with and made sure we fully understood all aspects of the purchase. More

We showed up w/our 10 and 11 year old kids and Jeff, Gary, Andreaus and the entire Infinity team made all of us feel at home. Everyone was very knowledgeable, made what can be a trying, challenging experience pain free. The staff had done its homework on values of what we were seeking to buy and to trade in. Based on our own rear guard and analysis, Gary, Jeff and the team were within range and worked w/us on price and valuation such that we felt we ended up in "win-win" position. It costs nothing to be kind. For Gary, Jeff and everyone we dealt with, genuine kindness was ubiquitously evident - towards us and our entire family. Lastly, I was left w/the distinct impression several times, had we decided not to purchase an Infinity from them, their attitude and kindness would not have changed one bit. More
