My husband bought a SUV the following week from another manufacturer, and boy did his experience bring back bad memories of my previous car buying experiences. Lets say, his car buying experience was nothing like my laid back and fun experience. I was comfortable, relaxed and had no buyers remorse when I left. Horrible EVERY Time GO SOMEWHERE ELSE You would think that after going there a few times they would value me as a customer and show some sort of appreciation, but after my third time here You would think that after going there a few times they would value me as a customer and show some sort of appreciation, but after my third time here I have had enough! This Tony is a character. He is BEYOND RUDE! Instead of helping me he causes additional problems. Regarding my initial problem, he took care of it, but he did not even have the nerve to even come see me when I came in to have work done on the car. I am sure he is a busy guy, but boy was I wrong he sure had the last laugh when his service department caused another problem with my car. Then to make matters worse I call him for about a week and I leave voicemails and he doesn't respond. Finally I here back from him and he literally raised his voice at me and told me that I accused him of wrong doing then went on and on and on and on and on about how he doesn't like how I am talking to him. Seriously?! How in the world is his joker the service manager!! More
