This is my first infiniti jx35 service which i bought from the same dealership. The service took only an hour from the time i dropped the car and picked it up. The service was to do oil change with other inspections recommended by the dealer. Tony was truly proffessional and very friendly and helpful. This dealership has a great website that allows to book your service appointments online beforehand. I would highly rate this dealership for both sales and services. The dealership facility is also one of the best with all ameneties for customers to relax while their service is being done. Im glad i chose this dealership to buy the car and also do the services. The moment we stepped into the showroom its world class facility. The Sales managers like Jeff Walker and Bill Mularkey received us with wonderful reception. We also had a chance to meet Peter (the owner) who was the primary reason for buying our car from them. He helped us tremendously in our decision to buy our JX from them. Every staff at this facility are professionals and are very confident group with vast knowledge. It was pleasure buying our JX and we are very happy about this. We are enjoying our JX on our everyday ride. Without a second thought i would highly rate them and recommend them to our friends and family. More

Went in for first service on a new JX35 - oil change and update on braking system. The service was free and I was out in less than an hour. Be very careful buying from this dealership. I went in Be very careful buying from this dealership. I went in to buy a car. Sales rep was my friend for well over 7 years. I see this 2008 BMW 535xi in the Be very careful buying from this dealership. I went in to buy a car. Sales rep was my friend for well over 7 years. I see this 2008 BMW 535xi in the lot. He tells me it passed there inspection. I said ok I'll buy it. I did not even turn the car on. This is how much I trusted the guy. 2 weeks later the car says low engine oil level. I take it to BMW dealer and here we go $12000 recommended repairs. Major thing is engine oil leak and transfer case repair both are a must to repair ASAP . I go back to the dealer. My ex friend does not pick up my phone call; so I ask who is in charges I meet the manager and I tell him what is going on with the car. He says make an appointment with service and we will see what we will do I say but engine oil is leaking I do not feel comfortable driving it he says ok will get you a loaner and check the car for you. This takes 2 hours to be done. A week later they call me and say we will not do anything to the car you bought it as is The parts cost are $95 from BMW dealer I said ok I'll pay the $95 and you fix the car and they say no we will not So be very careful if you consider buying from this dealership More

WENT THERE FOR MY QX56 6 MONTHS.MAINTENANCE SERVICE. MILES ON IT IS ONLY 6,200+.TOTAL COST FOR THE SERVICE IS $74.00. I WANTED TO DO JUST THE OIL CHANGE W/C IS FREE AND TIRE ROTATION.TO MY SURPRISE, A T MILES ON IT IS ONLY 6,200+.TOTAL COST FOR THE SERVICE IS $74.00. I WANTED TO DO JUST THE OIL CHANGE W/C IS FREE AND TIRE ROTATION.TO MY SURPRISE, A TIRE ROTATION ONLY WILL COST ME $ 44.00!!!.SINCE, I RARELY USE THE TRUCK EXCEPT FOR FAMILY OUTING (NOT EVEN LONG DISTANCE), I`M CONFIDENT THAT I WILL JUST GO FOR THE OIL CHANGE SINCE IT WILL INCLUDE MULTI-POINT INSPECTION ANYWAY.BUT SINCE THE DIFFERENCE IS ONLY 30 BUCKS, I OPTED FOR THE FULL 6 MOS. SERVICE.BOTTOM LINE IS, I JUST CAN`T BELIEVE THAT A TIRE ROTATION WILL COST THAT MUCH.....AND THEY DID NOT EVEN VACCUM THE CARPETS. More
