She was well prepared, knowledgeable and above all, kind and understanding of exactly what we were looking for. I appreciate that she went out of her way to give us all the details (good and bad) on the vehicles we liked and that she worked hard to move the process along as quickly as possible. She was even kind enough to put her own tasks to the side and entertain my little ones so I can drive and examine each car I liked without being distracted. Excellent service all around ! More
