The Finance Manager, Jacob Lubinski, made my purchase go very smoothly. The sales manager, Joe Fruzuna was extremely helpful. And last, but certainly not least, my sales associate, Eddy Lindt made my experience totally awesome. I will definitely come back here for my next purchase. More

Bought a used Kia from this dealership. A/C wasn't working properly so they fixed it. Took em a week and a half. They misdiagnosed the A/C compressor so they actually fixed it twice since t A/C wasn't working properly so they fixed it. Took em a week and a half. They misdiagnosed the A/C compressor so they actually fixed it twice since they couldn't originally find the problem. Then they fixed the alternator. Something they found and replaced. Test drove the vehicle, radio worked fine. Picked up the vehicle after A/C was fixed and the radio doesn't work. This entire week and a half process, I can't get ahold of anyone in the service department. Left multiple messages. No one is reaching out to me from this dealership unless I contact the dealership first through the website. And no I have to bring the vehicle back so they can fix the radio they screwed up. This has been one of the more difficult car buying experiences I've had to deal with. I bought my truck from a parking lot dealer and had less problems dealing with them then I do with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. More
