Came for an oil change, left with a spotless car I brought my car in on a Friday afternoon to have the oil changed. Not only were they prompt with their service, but they also did a complimentary car I brought my car in on a Friday afternoon to have the oil changed. Not only were they prompt with their service, but they also did a complimentary car wash. In my experience free car washes are garbage. But when they were done my vehicle it looked spotless, like it was brand new! All around it was a great experience and I highly recommend them. More

Fred Kempe greeted me with a welcome smile as I stopped in for a routine scheduled maintenance service. After striking a conversation about my next purchase and what I was in the market for, Fred introduced me to Steven Johnson. Steven was very knowledgeable and open to what I was personally looking for in my next car. There was no pressure to buy at any time. Both went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable and comfortable. I proudly walked out the dealership with a new 2017 Infiniti Q50S! Horrible EVERY Time GO SOMEWHERE ELSE You would think that after going there a few times they would value me as a customer and show some sort of appreciation, but after my third time here You would think that after going there a few times they would value me as a customer and show some sort of appreciation, but after my third time here I have had enough! This Tony is a character. He is BEYOND RUDE! Instead of helping me he causes additional problems. Regarding my initial problem, he took care of it, but he did not even have the nerve to even come see me when I came in to have work done on the car. I am sure he is a busy guy, but boy was I wrong he sure had the last laugh when his service department caused another problem with my car. Then to make matters worse I call him for about a week and I leave voicemails and he doesn't respond. Finally I here back from him and he literally raised his voice at me and told me that I accused him of wrong doing then went on and on and on and on and on about how he doesn't like how I am talking to him. Seriously?! How in the world is his joker the service manager!! More

My service consultant, Anna, was very pleasant, professional and focused on providing an excellent service experience. She answered all my maintenance questions and noted my concerns for the servic professional and focused on providing an excellent service experience. She answered all my maintenance questions and noted my concerns for the service department. The waiting area was very nice with comfortable chairs, computer workstations, large flat screen television and a large commercial Keurig machine with free hot drinks. The maintenance was completed sooner than expected and I was only charged for the basic service. I was very impressed by both the staff and facilities and look forward to future visits. More

Mike Harlow has been someone we have worked with for many years. He is professional, knowledgeable about Infiniti products, willing to pursue problems or concerns we have had over the years, concerned the d years. He is professional, knowledgeable about Infiniti products, willing to pursue problems or concerns we have had over the years, concerned the department is always doing its best for a customer.. My husband and I both feel the service department at Clarendon Hills has continued the great service experience we had at Infiniti of Lisle when it was open. The quality car is very important and we have had minimal problems with any of our Infinitis. However, as important is the service department that solves any issues or provides excellant service in one visit. Your employees are incredibly honest, having found cameras, money, etc as they cleaned the inside of our car. We appreciate the loaner cars also. Mike continues to set the bar high for service and it trickles down to the technicians doing a great job and includes the very comfortable waiting area. More
