Longer wait than forecast I was told it would take an hour. I was there 2 hours and 20 minutes and the only reason I got out that soon is because I kept bugging the agent I wa I was told it would take an hour. Apparently, the second time I bugged him, he found out they had put my vehicle in a full detail line, so I was waiting for my car to be cleaned. If i could have gotten out of there within an hour, I would absolutely have said no to the car cleaning. I shouldn't have had to follow up 2 times to find out my car's status. More

Very Disappointed and felt Misled on work needed I was misled and told work was needed. Before having work done, I asked to receive my old parts so I can see the problems. Service advisor said no pro I was misled and told work was needed. Before having work done, I asked to receive my old parts so I can see the problems. Service advisor said no problem. When picking up vehicle, no parts were provided, I was told mechanic locked up but will get and bring to me. No call back for 3 days, after leaving messages. Once they called then it was said mechanic discarded used parts. Then I was told that part of the work was precautionary ...that is not what was told or written on my preliminary work order. I was told all needed replaced (cracked, leaking). So then the story changed again to mechanics did say cracked, leaking however all old parts discarded so I can not confirm. I feel cheated and lied to by Gwinnett Infiniti. All this is coming from the service manager then he finally turned me off by saying you have a choice not to have work done which is said after the fact...I know what my choices are; however my choice was taken away when I was not given the facts up front. Had I been given the facts then yes It would have been my decision. However they have my money and discarded the evidence to prove if all 5 hoses were bad. Women beware going in alone. I trusted they would be upfront and truthful. More
