After numerous conversations and attempted diagnosis’s the cause of the squeal around the motor was found and fixed. The service department refused to work on the car until the problem was specifically id the cause of the squeal around the motor was found and fixed. They do work with you on price and are very professional and perfect fit for this job! Experience with staff- It’s a very tiny dealership nonetheless they try their best to get you satisfied. However if you’re looking for that luxury and special experience, make sure you get a seasoned salesman, we had a novice salesman and didn’t know much about the vehicle and didn’t give us the luxury experience or feeling that we will be taken care of Or that feeling that we are in good hands. We didn’t get that at all from our sales rep, but did get that assurance from the manager, Duane, and Joe from finance dept. Dealership- They don’t have car washes or detailing services. Small inventory and tiny lot, not much room in the lot. Car quality is nice with Infiniti. They have a Starbucks machine which is great. No edible snacks offered. No mothers nursing room No kids area Bathrooms are kept clean Buying process- The process took a lot longer than we expected… 5pm till midnight, 7 HOURS! They do up sell you on everything esp the warranties. Prep- check your car before leaving. Our car wasn’t well prepped and at midnight after a grueling 7 hours WITH 3 kids under the age of 6, we just wanted to go home. Our car didn’t have a full tank of gas and had finger prints through the car and dirt stains on the headliner. They promised to take care of the cleaning at a later time, just call to make an appointment. Overall, good experience, I hope they work on their speed and wished the dealership offered the perks- car washes, oil changes, etc. More
