I first time visited this dealership. I had confirmation number with discount. They tried to charge full amount. 😒 But after I show them confirmation they gave me discount but stil not what supposed number with discount. They didn't wash the car after they service. Some sales guys didn't have face mask(anyone may feel uncomfortable because of that). I don't think I will back to this place More

When I scheduled my appointment, the person taking my call was cheerful and was very helpful. When dropping my car- it took several minutes for someone to come and talk to me. THIS IS A BUSINESS AND NOT YOUR PERSONAL HOME! Take your political stance somewhere else. That is the ONLY reason why anyone in this deadly pandemic would think it's okay to walk around without a mask. The ladies in the front (the two cashiers) are a disgrace! There were at least 7 other employees, walking around without masks as well. As a paying customer I expect the highest safety precautions taken at a business. I'm disgusted and disappointed. More
