Terrible experience. The employees walk around with no masks. Except for outside, there is no place to feel Covid-safe there. The gentleman in service was great - nothing but high marks for him. Great price but the vehicle was not Certified quality -- i just got it last week, and already have to take it in for repairs. Also, I bought it thru an online service -- the finance department was VERY diff i just got it last week, and already have to take it in for repairs. I can't Ziegler Infiniti enough. It was an emergency close to closing time after an accident . Bill Neuman put me at ease, even improvising a form to get the needed info to the service department manager ! Carlo Alvar promptly called as was promised when the dealership opened again on Monday morning. From there out, he and his team assessed, and advised on the repairs needed. The work was completed quickly and was quality work. All in all a great experience! More
