He was very pleasant and it did not take long before we made a deal. Normaly I dread dealing with finance people. But I was extremely pleased with Amin Smith the way he handled the all paperwork. He had kept all papers ready and did push to sale anything. We enjoyed talking to him about his and our personal details. Joel Gappa is our salesman for last thirteen years. Daniel Tucker and FX35 My wife and I came in to take a look a 2011 FX35. Daniel met us at the door and introduced himself. There was a little delay on finding the key but we My wife and I came in to take a look a 2011 FX35. Daniel met us at the door and introduced himself. There was a little delay on finding the key but we were off onto the test ride not long after. During the ride, Daniel talked about the model we were in and answered all the questions we had. No pressure , just casual talk. We ended up going home with the FX35 but with only one key fob after we were told that we were going to have two. Daniel told us that they've contacted the original owner and that he will be bringing in the other fob. In the back of my mind, yah right, as the sale has been completed and that will be the last time that we will hear from Daniel. A couple of days later, to my surpise, I got a voicemail from Daniel telling me to come in and that he has the other fob. Wow! Daniel was true to his words and we highly recommend him if you're looking to purchase. The FX35 is our first Infiniti and although it's a few years old, we are impressed at how good it still is and the quality throughout the car is evident. If we ever in the market for another vehicle again, I'm pretty sure Hoffman Estates Infiniti will be our first destination to visit. Thank you, Daniel and Ryan! More
