The service department is always friendly and helpful when I arrive, and they complete service in a very timely manner. The dealership has a very comfortable waiting area so you don't feel like you're w when I arrive, and they complete service in a very timely manner. The service center at Infiniti of KC does a very poor job, basically masking the problem rather than fixing it, and VERY dishonest to boot. There isn't enough space in this box to describe the problems I job, basically masking the problem rather than fixing it, and VERY dishonest to boot. I will now drive 100 miles out of my way to get my car services rather than deal with these lying xxxx bags. More
