Rich DuVall was a genuinely good guy and great car-salesman. I called in not knowing what kind of car I wanted, just the features I wanted and he was able to find a car within my price range that car-salesman. I called in not knowing what kind of car I wanted, just the features I wanted and he was able to find a car within my price range that had everything I wanted. He was funny, kind, and continued to make sure I was comfortable (offering me water, snacks, tea, etc). He also drove with me to drop off my rental car so I could drive my new car home with no hassle. He was supposed to get off at 3PM and stayed with me until 5PM just to drop off the car. He called the next day after I bought my car to check to make sure I was still happy with it. Overall, great experience with Rich. More
