I was very Pleased with my purchase. Arthur the sales rep was very patient, wonderful personality, excellant customer service and extremely knowledgeable. He was not pushy or condescending. At first I didn't even realize he was the General Manager because he was so nice, down to earth and was very upfront about my options without being pushy. My husband and I had visited this dealership back in early Feb 2010 and it was under a different management team. They didn't have the drive or the customer service that Mo's team has. I would definitely recommend Towbin Infiniti to anyone who is considering buying a new or used infiniti. Kudos to Arthur and Mo for making my car buying experience wonderful and painless!!! Tobin has been our service provider for our 2006 G35 since we purchased it. Fabian Perez, our service manager, has been more than helpful. Example: we had to have our car towed in with a bad battery a since we purchased it. Fabian Perez, our service manager, has been more than helpful. Mr. Hern frequently goes out of his way to care for my car; in spite of having received less than stella department, specifically that of Daryl Hern.
