Do not buty from them-Worst possible customer service ever So I bought from this dealer few years back a used a car and returned to them because I saw a car I liked on their website. I was greeted by Doug Belg So I bought from this dealer few years back a used a car and returned to them because I saw a car I liked on their website. I was greeted by Doug Belgio who was INTIALLY nice to us and let us test drive the car by ourselves and took all the time we needed, also offered us water. I asked him for 5% discount and Doug asked me if I would consider 2.5% but I said I prefer if you give me 5% since I am a repeat customer, we are talking about 19.5K car. So he goes to his manager and comes back and said no we can't do it, almost said this is it we do not want your business, go. I said you just asked me if I would consider 2.5% so Doug takes back his offer and says I never offered you anything, I just asked you if you would consider. REALLY Doug? What is the difference?? To show my seriousness I increased my bid and asked again if they would take it, his manager gives me a "Whopping” 0.5% $100 off. I left and said I will think about it, made some research & some phone calls and because I needed to buy a car on that day (Saturday) and I couldn't find a similar car nearby. I asked him one last time to make it an even number and give me a 1% just to make me happy. He said he will check and come back to me; I waited for 20 minutes nothing happens so I went home. On this survey it asks you if you were left alone for more than 5 minutes at any time. Finally, after 50 minutes Doug calls and asks where I was, when I told him I was ignored for 20 minutes and left he said I am sorry I lost track of time, please come back and we will give you the 1%. Seriously? If I lose track of time on my job I get fired. I returned to them and signed my offer and then of course had to wait for the finance manager, after 20 minutes Doug came to me and asked if I had a smart phone and wanted me to complete this review on the spot before even my transaction was completed. Believe it or not I had to wait two hours for the finance manager and Doug is asking me to write a nice review for them because they had a contest. Doug also makes up a story on the trade in value of the car, and how they are going to be losing money on it, and I am supposed to believe that, what a pity? The whole dealing with them was disgusting - I have never seen anyone treats his customer in this disrespectful way, and this is how you treat your repeat customers?? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - I WILL NEVER RETURN TO YOUR DEALER EVER AGAIN - I WILL MAKE SURE TO LET ANY BODY THAT MENTIONS YOUR DEALER KNOW MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOU. More
