Having our 2 young children with us, this was very much appreciated. The only thing that seemed odd during the transaction was the percentage rate for financing. Our credit score is over 800 but yet our first work-up was at 5%. That seems very high, but after some negotiating, Michael got us to just over 3% which is way more reasonable. Everything else was fantastic. We are very pleased with our purchase and our experience. More
