The process of gathering information about a new car and actually purchasing it is rather lengthy, but Alex kept answering my groggy and stressed repeat questions without getting impatient. I even left for a business meeting and he was ready and ready waiting when I came back, with all the documents arranged on his desk. Some more filled out than when I left. Beyond that the whole building is cheerful and relaxing. At no point did I feel I was getting a bad deal, being surprised by part of the process or a hidden fee, or like they were impatient when it looked like I might not buy a car there. More

I had mentioned to Adam that I probably would not be making a purchase till Hi, So far very pleased with the service that Adam Murczek has given me. I had mentioned to Adam that I probably would not be making a purchase till next year until after I looked at all my options from various manufactures. I think many sales people would have just tried to ignore you and minimize any time spent with you, but Adam has been very patient and has explained many things about the Infinity line. He has not tried to push me toward higher priced vehicles and seems more than willing to let me make up my own mind. Even when I mentioned that I would be acclerating my timetable to make a purchase this year, he has not pushed me to make an immediate purchase and again been very patient as I explore the many options I have for the Q50 models. Adam so far has been a true "professional" and has treated me with the upmost respect. Looking forward to working with Adam as I get closer to making a purchase decision. More

The car was amazing and taken care of. Buying the car and driving it home took about 2-3hours which wasn't too bad at all. I also bought another SUV from them back in 2014 and that car is still going today! Would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Do not let others tell you different about this dealership and ask for Michael Swanson, he's great! More

Back in 2000 with the I30 and as of 9-10-16 the Q50 Premium Tech Package. Since I am in the customer service business myself, I want to share just how impressed I am with this dealership. I called on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Debbie. She was able to entertain my numerous questions and suggested that I could come in and speak with her partner Christian. I am glad I made the 30 mile trip. Upon arriving at the showroom I was greeted offered beverages and was greeted by Christian. He confirmed my reason for visit and he promptly introduced me to Gerry Garcia my sales consultant. He spent ample time with me answered all questions and got to know my needs. No pressure. No cheesy tactics. Professional sales acumen. It was late and we agreed to pick up the discussion Saturday AM. Once again, arrived was treated like a guest and worked with Jim (manager) and Jerry to close the deal. As this is getting long, I will summarize by saying not only was the "sale" process great ,but working with Dallas Carlson (delivery specialists) who walked me thru EVERY aspect of the car- VERY knowledgeable- and professional and Sean Pelkey on the finance details this is an example of an excellent customer focused business. Best Dealership Ever!!! I'd like to start of by saying I've been to a lot of dealerships throughout the years and no dealership has ever gave me the feeling that this Infinit I'd like to start of by saying I've been to a lot of dealerships throughout the years and no dealership has ever gave me the feeling that this Infiniti dealership has given me. I was browsing around the lot with my wife and daughters trying to see if we can find a vehicle that really caught our interest before we walk in and start talking to a salesperson, as we were browsing the lot a gentleman by the name of Jon Hale approached us asking how we're doing and if we needed any help. I said oh no here we go another salesperson but then he started asking us questions and he wasn't aggressive at all which we loved. We then explained to him what we're looking for and he said come inside I have more vehicles not just what you see as we walked into the dealership he immediately made us feel at home by offering us some tea, coffee muffins and donuts while he grabbed his inventory sheet. We sat down had a cup of coffee and a muffin he was back within minutes showing us an inventory sheet, this guy was so friendly that we couldn't wait to find that right vehicle so we can negotiate a deal. We literally took about 15/20 minutes to pick the vehicle he then had a porter pull the vehicle up to the front door. We walked outside took a look and decided it had the right equipment but it wasn't the right color he immediately said what color would you like we told him and not even 5 more minutes he had the vehicle ready to show. We sat down in his office then explained what we wanted to do with our current vehicle and the price we we're looking to purchase our new vehicle for. After talking for literally about 3 minutes we asked him instead of negotiating can we just give you a price we think is fair after doing our research. He said why not let me have the keys to the vehicle you'd like to trade and get started. The salesperson "JON HALE" came back after he received his figures on our trade in gave us the numbers which was what we expected and that showed us his honesty and the dealerships honesty for that matter. After we established the fact that this dealership and Jon Hale were actually very honest we told them we needed to pick up our other 2 daughters from school and we'd be back. We actually picked up our other daughters from school and stopped at another Infiniti dealer WHICH WAS NOTHING LIKE THIS NAPERVILLE LOCATION! We left right away grabbed a quick bite and came back to seal our deal with JON HALE. When we came back they had our new vehicle detailed while we received a walkthrough to learn the vehicle connect our devices etc with a gentleman by the name of DALLAS CARLSON who was also fantastic and patient with teaching us everything we were curious about. After the walk through and learning what we wanted to know about our new vehicle we went into the finance office with another gentleman by the name of SEAN PELKEY who was also amazing and had the best way we've ever seen to finish the paperwork on your new vehicle, his office and way of finishing your deal is absolutely amazing. We literally had our deal done vehicle delivered in one hour. This dealership deserves the best customer service award along with the best employees award! More
