He provided us with information about the car that we never thought to ask! It was the most thorough test drive we've ever had! It was clear he wanted us to be satisfied with our choice should we buy the car. Adam made sure the process was smooth until we drove the car off the lot. Before we left, Michael, the delivery specialist made sure our cell phones were Bluetooth connected, car seats programmed, garage remotes synced. He was kind and genuine. Great Experience I have been looking for a car for quite some time and was actively visiting different car dealers but no sales person impressed me as Adam Murczek. I walked in very late in the showroom to check on a car with no real intention buying that day. But the exceptional service offered by Adam changed my mind. When we went for test drive Adam drove the car first and gave a nice overview of all the features of the car in detail down to how to open the gas tank door. By the time I made my decision it was closing time but Adam was very kind and helpful to stay late to make sure all paper work is taken care and I drive back home with my new car. He even asked one of the associate (Michael Swanston) to stay back and give me an overview on all electronic features of the car and help me pair my phone. After visiting so many dealerships I can tell with confidence that Adam is an honest sales person with exceptional service. It was a pleasure doing business with you my friend. More

It was the usual headache and dishonesty that you would expect from the typical car salesman. After two days wasted we came up empty handed. We decided to give Infiniti of Naperville a try on Monday afternoon. Wow! After the first few minutes in the building we could tell this would be an experience like no other. Our salesman Adam (who does not work on commission) was not the typical car salesman. He was absolutely fantastic! In fact I could go on and say he was by far the best car salesman that we have ever done business with. He took his time and explained the Qx60 in detail. He also was very patient with my questions. During the test drive Adam drove the vehicle for the first half. He was able to showcase what the car can do. It was very impressive. Best test drive ever! We had the best tests drive ever. Adam had us get into the car but he was in the drivers seat. I had a chance to watch him and learn without distraction. The test drive was longer then at other dealers because we were learning the attributes and feel of the car. Adam took the time to make sure that the car fit us and that we fit the car. Also there was never any pressure. He explained all the details and gave us his information. When we decided to purchase our Infiniti Adam helped us through the process. We even threw him a curve ball by changing the style we wanted at the last minute. I've purchased many cars over the years and this was the easiest and quickest process I have experienced. The entire team at Naperville Infiniti was professional and responsive. Great job! More
