Rich was excellant. He was very honest on everything we needed to know about the G37 convertible. From informing us of how far we need behind the car prior to opening the hard top to being sure to not lea needed to know about the G37 convertible. We have been shopping for a used car for quite some time. We were interested in Jeep Patriots and have been looking on Cars.com. We saw this vehicle listed at Infiniti of Naperville. We stopped by on a Saturday and Patrick McLain showed us the car and let us take a test drive in it. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We took quite a long test drive which gave us the opportunity to really see how the car performed. We did not make a decision then and were very happy that we were not pressured into purchasing it at that time. We went home and we did receive an email from Patrick and from the manager thanking us for coming in. We decided to go back on Monday evening to look at the car again. We called Patrick during the day and even though he was supposed to get off at 5 he stayed there to meet with us. We discussed the car and Patrick was not pushy at all. He gave us a good deal and we were happy with it. Patrick is a very good salesman and has great people skills. We never felt pressure to purchase the car. It was a very pleasant experience. We would recommend Patrick and this dealership to our friends. More
