We asked Sean to keep an eye out for a pre-owned M37X (ideally Malbec Black, but any color other than white would work) and within 3 days he called to say he had one on the lot. The car was extremely clean and LOADED with Premium, Deluxe Touring and Technology packages AND it was Malbec Black! His post purchase follow up has been impeccable. We love the M37X will definitely be visiting Sean and Naperville Infiniti when my wife is ready for her next car. Bill spent the time to allow me to have a complete experience with 2 different cars and we reviewed 2 additional cars in the lot. Very patient and helpful in explaining everything. He also offered to go through the entire orientation as often as needed if I elect to have him run through the features again. My wife and I were in the market for a larger used vehicle w/ the soon arrival of twins. We shopped around the Naperville/Aurora area and found several options. We took a day off work to look at vehicles and had it planned out. Inifiti of Lisle-Naperville was the first stop. We were greeted by Patrick McLain who brought us into his office and spoke with us about our interest. After some delays, we were able take the vehicle for a test drive. We were impressed with it and the price, but noticed some issues w/ the body. I pointed these out to Pat and said i wasn't sure. I also said the price was pretty good, but it was high mileage and we had others to look at. But after speaking w/ him and eventually Joe Tiberi, we were able to agree on a price and they even were able to take a look at the issue I noticed and fix it up. The Service team swapped our plates and made sure it was all clean for pickup. I very much appreciated the care Pat took in making sure we were comfortable (wife was 30 wks pregnant and he offered beverages and snacks for her since we were approaching lunch; very nice touch!). Joe came in and also assisted w/ any questions and concerns we had and was very pleasant to work with and talk to. My wife and I appreciated the care took by the team and also the followup. Needless to say, they stopped us from visiting the other dealerships on our list and vehicles I was interested in looking at because of their service and how they treated us (not to mention the great value of the vehicle). I wouldn't hesitate to refer friends and family to this dealership and we will definitely be looking back here for our next vehicle purchase. More

This dealership is the best!! When I needed to get a new car, I called Tony Saldana, who my family and I have worked with in the past. When Tony provides a quote, he doesn't start out high to see what he can get out of you. He is fair and quotes the best price he can get. Another Infiniti dealership (Infiniti of Clarendon Hills) had originally quoted me $150 MORE a month for a G37x lease than Tony's initial quote. He is completely trustworthy and knows the product. He is a great guy to work with, too! Ryan Indelicato showed me the ins and outs of my vehicle and even though it was past closing time by the time we got in my car, he made me feel like we had all the time in the world. He was completely focused on ensuring that I was comfortable with the car and knowledgable of its many, many features. Finally, even the finance department went above and beyond for me. I had an insurance issue come up and Joe in the finance department went out of his way to help me, even though it was on error on my part, not his. Great customer service. The team at Infiniti of Lisle-Naperville is top notch. Even though I live much, much closer to Clarendon Hills, I will give my business to Infiniti of Lisle-Naperville time and time again. They are honest and put the CUSTOMER first. More
