Another Infiniti dealership (Infiniti of Clarendon Hills) had originally quoted me $150 MORE a month for a G37x lease than Tony's initial quote. He is completely trustworthy and knows the product. He is a great guy to work with, too! Ryan Indelicato showed me the ins and outs of my vehicle and even though it was past closing time by the time we got in my car, he made me feel like we had all the time in the world. He was completely focused on ensuring that I was comfortable with the car and knowledgable of its many, many features. Finally, even the finance department went above and beyond for me. I had an insurance issue come up and Joe in the finance department went out of his way to help me, even though it was on error on my part, not his. Great customer service. We have not bought a new car in 15 years and were apprehensive of the process of working with dealers but the transaction was smooth and we were treated fairly.
