Rich was always available to answer my questions (even with multiple visits). Once I decided to purchase they addressed all my concerns and Rich made sure I was satisfied. He also found my iPhone headphones in my trade in and contacted me later. And the next day, their wonderful receptionist even found my phone charger when I asked them to double check a compartment. They do take customer service seriously. Randy Chin also did a great job of going over all of the features. There are so many! He took as much time as I needed! No rush. More

In all my 30+ years of car buying this was the easiest, most friendly and probably the quickest experience I have ever had. From the first phone call to verify that it was in stock to the test drive and then my wife and kids checking it out and delivery it was an experience that was first class all the way. Edy was very helpful when I called in on the car and got me working with Ray. Ray was so easy to work with...he answered all my questions and we both tried to figure out the location of everything on a Quest minivan. I saw the van before detailing and prep, so it needed some work....I was very impressed with the repairs to the cracked apron, taking off the worn out and missing pinstrip and touching up the rust spot on the hood. I know that your dealership is used to selling more expensive vehicles to people that have more money than I did...but never once did I feel like I was being judge by the vehicle I was buying...I was amazed that I was getting treated as well as someone that was buying a new vehicle that was 4 or 5 times more than the price I paid. I also did appreciate that the dealership held to the listed price I had, even thoughthe price varied between several sites. The financing was very simple as well...it was so much easier and quicker than when I refi'd my wife's car about 6 months ago and Joe answered all of my questions completely. I would definaely tell people to consider your dealership in the car shopping/buying experience and would not hesitate to recommend working with Ray. Edy was so helpful and conscientious over the phone and making sure that I got all my questions answered. There are two parts that hadn't come in at the time of delivery and I am sure there won't be any problem with those and the install when they come in. Thank you so much! More

I called him around 5:30pm, arrived their place around 7pm, and drove away with the car around 9:30pm. No games, no hassles. The sales consultant I interacted when I was at the dealership, Bob is also very nice and friendly. He answered all the questions I had regarding the car as well as the lease terms. They prepared everything before I arrived and the whole buying process was as easy as ordering something online and picking it up at the store. Ryan, the delivery specialist is very knowledgeable and customer-oriented. He took the time to explain me everything about the car. Great service. The experience was a little scary until Steve Johnson guided me through the process step by step with no pressure. My questions came one after another and at different times all being answered in a very timely manner after Steve took the time to find out the correct answer. I was really taken back when Steve went the extra mile to contact Lexus direct regarding the remote start and parking sensors options. I wanted to know if this vehicle had these features, and Steve wanted to make sure I had all the details before travelling all this way and being disappointed. The vehicle was exactly as Steve described it and even more. The whole experience was enjoyable with Steve picking me up at the airport (especially with him being on time,waiting on me and cold bottles of water) to the inspection,test drive and final paperwork documentation. The service team also has always been first rate over the years. This dealership has much to be proud of for how respectful they treat their clients. I plan to continue to be a loyal customer to this dealership as long as Infiniti puts out products that interest me. The management of Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle should consider expanding to other brands since they are on the right track of understanding how to sell cars without alienating the customer in the process. Amazingly, they stuck to the estimated appraisal of my trade (very rare - usually it comes down). Scott was very professional and helped me get through the process expeditiously. Ryan Indelicato did a great job thoroughly helping me understand all details of operating the new car...a great overall experience with Scott, Ryan and the dealership. I would recommend them. Flash forward... 2013 and I had set my sights on a G37X coupe... Everyone has a preference as to how they like to purchase a car. I myself like limited interaction and do most of my shopping (educating) on line. I sent a request on a specific car to Micah and we exchanged emails multiple times. He was always very responsive and made me feel like I was not wasting his time. I try to discuss some detail prior to my visit so I can get to the point when I get there. I also know that when I go to the store..... Emotions kick in and its hard to resist the temptation. Well once I was to the point I needed to go to the next level .... I went in and saw the car.. It was completely as described and more than I expected. I worked the details with Micah and he made the entire experience so very smooth and easy... what a pleasure. Everyone there was nice... and the new location.. wow.. it is about a million times better than the old location. I would recommend this dealership and the folk there without hesitation.
