I just purchased a used vehicle from Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle, and couldn't be happier! When I walked in on a snowy, day in the middle of a blizzard the people were friendly and helpful. The salesman Jim Hanahan quickly put on a coat, and with a smile he started cleaning off any car I was interested in. Jim Hanahan's boss Jim McColgan also introduced himself and offered any assistance I might need. The vehicles I looked at were in good condition, each had been carefully tested and inspected, and the test results were made available to me. The dealer was open and honest about the origin of each vehicle and any issues that they were aware of. I never was pressured, and they were very straight forward about pricing. The vehicle I came to see was offered at a very reasonable price. I came back the next day to look with my wife and we purchased the car. The dealer offered a 7 day exchange program, and owner services like free washes. When we decided to purchase the vehicle. The people at the dealer were totally professional, the Finance guy Joe Limjuco was great, he didn't waste any of my time trying to upsell additional products like warranties etc. Joe just asked if I was interested, and when I said no thank you, he moved straight on. While I was doing paperwork they prepped the car and I was on the road in within an hour of when I decided to purchase the vehicle. After my experiance I would highly recommend this dealer. More

Connected with Tony Saldana, the Internet Manager, initially via phone. Very knowledgeable person and great to deal with. He understood exactly what I was looking for and was very professional. Got most pricing logistics confirmed via phone before driving down and Tony made sure there were no surprises when I get there. Ray Wolski was the sales person on this one. He was very professional throughout and very easy to deal with. Randy Chin walked me through the various options and technology and was very professional throughout. All in all very positive experience and the 125 mile drive was worth it. My experience with the dealers in Milwaukee area has not been super positive. More

I believe this is the 8th vehicle that I've leased from Infiniti of Naperville/Lisle. Edie Hebert was the first salesperson that I delt with, and she was instrumental in this sale. My lease was not up until December, but Edie called me and asked if I would like to get into a new car now. The deal she offered was too good to pass up. When I came in today to complete the sale, the entire staff could not have been nicer. Edie was there to greet me. She turned me over to Ray Wolski and he processed the paperwork for me. He had emailed the credit form, so I was able to complete that before coming in. A real time-saver. Ryan Indeligato took me for a tour of the new vehicle. Since I was just coming out of the same car, many of the features were familiar, so things moved along nicely. We completed the tour and then I finished up the lease agreement with Adam Arliskas. An electronic, very smooth process. Finally, they all walked me out to the service area where the car was waiting. I was re-introduced to a couple of service specialists. All very familiar as I have been doing business and service since 1998. Everyone made me feel special. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Infiniti of Naperville to anyone. More

I saw the van online, sent an email on Thursday night requesting a phone call in the morning. Thr email response was the best I've seen and the phone call came the following morning by Bill. I told Bill I was interested and we would need to discuss the trade in value, price of his van, APR, extended warranty and a few smaller details. I met Bill Saturday morning with one of my kids in tow. Bill and John Mac moved me through the process quickly and I left with a new van and made it to my kids basketball game by 10 minutes. This was the best experience I've ever had and I've bought about 20 cars in my lifetime. Thank you Bill and John! More
