Great service from the get go - ever since I requested info online. I bought the Infiniti JX and since it was a new car and back ordered it took me over 1.5 months to get the car but through out the wait info online. The true difference in this buying experience was Joe Tiberi who I felt was very honest, reponsive, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Although I had several dealerships calling me often to earn my business, it was Joe T that helped clinch the deal with Infiniti of Lisle. Rich and Ryan were great when it came to picking up the car and the new car orientation - Ryan was very patient for over an hour on a very hot day in showing us all the car had to offer. I would highly recommend buying from Infiniti of Lisle - I know I will certainly be back there if I am looking for another Infiniti. Now let me go enjoy my car...vrrroooom! More

When I first asked for an internet quote on a 2012 QX56, Jeff Walker responded within a few minutes. I told him I did not want to haggle over the price but expected a reasonable quote at the start. Other dealers had contacted me and wanted to play the "haggle" game and not one of them beat Jeff's price. After I told him about the upgraded packages and colors I wanted on the vehicle he gave a very reasonable price. He located a car in Minnesota, I met with him two hours later and the deal was signed and the car was shipped. There was never any pressure to buy. He emphasized the quality of Infiniti of Lisle's customer service. When I went to pick up my car, Ryan Indelicato spent hours with me and my wife going over every operational aspect of our new car. He was exceptionally helpful- there's a lot of advanced technology on this car. Both Jeff and Ryan gave me their personal cell telephone numbers and said to call anytime with concerns or questions. Jeff put in writing that he would pick up my car at my house, give me a loaner, and return the car to me after service had been completed for as long as I owned the car. What terrific customer service. My overall buying experience at Infiniti of Lisle, with Jeff and Ryan at the helm, was truly exceptional. More

Before leaving the dealership, Ryan Indelicato explained all the details of how our new QX56 "worked" - every last knob and screen in the vehicle (mirrors, navigation system, radio, heated seats, etc.).
