I Called, got my car lined up... Bob (Salesman)... was pretty to the point with no dealer sales person "BS". I'm not a fan od sales people at all. But, I liked Mr. Kozar a lot! He's very calm, helpful, di pretty to the point with no dealer sales person "BS". I'm not a fan od sales people at all. But, I liked Mr. Kozar a lot! Now, when I got the car he was very thorough and took time to show me how to use the car computer. I was increased with his sharpness in knowing the ins, out, & shortcuts on the car. Let me preface this by saying I never write reviews but this was a great experience and feel I should return the favor. None the less I live out of state in Denver, Colorado and bought a used G sedan site this was a great experience and feel I should return the favor. None the less I live out of state in Denver, Colorado and bought a used G sedan site unseen. I can honestly say this was my best car buying experience ever. First off, I was able to get a car for thousands less then I could get in the Denver metro area, mainly because AWD cars sell at a premium in Colorado. Here is what impressed me with Micah: 1. He took the car off the lot for me, prior to me filling out an application or even speaking with over the phone. I simple emailed him saying I wanted the car, and he informed me had already took it off the lot. Was very impressed he would take my word over a email, not sure how many dealerships would do this? 2. He handled all of the shipping, which came door to door. 3. I had one issue with the car, in that it failed emissions due to the on board computer running rich, which needed to be reset at my local dealership. None the less Micah went to bat for me and reimbursed me for the work that was completed. Again, how many dealerships would agree to this? All in all, I would highly recommend working with Micah Basarich. If you are thinking of buying a car site unseen from out of state, don't hesitate to work with him! A+, 5 star service, you won't be disappointed! More
