Always great service! I drive out to Lisle Infiniti (from Oak Forest) because I do not like the Orland Park dealership - they cannot compare to the quality of service provided by Doug Cameron in the se (from Oak Forest) because I do not like the Orland Park dealership - they cannot compare to the quality of service provided by Doug Cameron in the service department. I see him every time because he makes sure my car is taken care of to my satisfaction!! He goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and assured that my car 2004 G35 Coupe runs perfectly. I just had the clutch worked on and it didn't seem right after driving it. Doug insisted that I bring it back with no questions asked!! He wanted my car to be perfect for me. I picked it up today and it runs like the first day I bought it almost eight years ago!! This dealership makes you feel like family!! They will ALWAYS have my business and I highly recommend them to anyone. More

Just purchased the Infiniti G37 and I could not be more pleased with the process. Mr. Johnson, Sales Consultant, was not a "car salesman" but more of a consultant with great knowledge of the G37, did not pleased with the process. Im speechless when it comes time talking about this dealership. I had a lease and I still had six months on it, and I was way over miles. Well, I got a surprise call from Mr. Basterich, which I have dealt with two other times for my past leases. He offered me a surprising deal and no money out of my pocket, and lower payments. Why wouldn't I do it, So, I stepped away from my lease, they took care of the over miliage, and got me into a brand new lease with no money out of my pocket. They are the best. Overall great experiance. Ray listened to my needs and delivered to them. Most other dealers sales asked questions but sold what they wanted and not what I was looking for.
