Jeff stayed with us through the process that was about three weeks once we first met and saw the car. We also had a bit better rate on the financing compared to the original rate. All items that were needing attention, chips, stains, grill cracked, service performed, were completed before we left the show room. Ryan Indelicato, Ryan did a nice job of explaining the technical features of the car. He is also going to get any of our follow up questions answered when needed. He seems to understand the car inside and out! Nice work from Bill in finance. We spent a minimum ammount of time getting our financing wrapped up. The salesman was very helpful and spent a great deal of time with me, test driving a couple of different models and showing me a variety of exterior and interior color combinations, etc. After the test dri time with me, test driving a couple of different models and showing me a variety of exterior and interior color combinations, etc. After the test drive I had a fairly specific idea of the vehicle I was looking for, and I was pleasantly surprised that when the dealer didn't have the exact package I was looking for in stock he was not pushy about trying to sell me something I didn't want. They did locate the exact vehicle I wanted at another dealer in the area within a couple of weeks, and had it transferred to their location. The pricing for the new vehicle was in line with (average) based on Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book listings. The value they gave me for my trade in was slightly higher than I expected, and significantly ($1500) higher than offers from other dealerships. The process of purchasing the car was very efficient, including a thorough explanation of the many, many features of the car. Overall, it was a remarkably pleasant experience; the only thing I wouldn't rate a "5" is the price, and only because it wasn't spectacularly low, merely moderately better than I expected. More

Once we were at Infinity of Lisle, I knew my wife was going to get the Infinity EX, even before she committed to it ;-). Ray was informative, courteous and honest, something that I can't say about every dealership and sales rep we spoke to prior. I'm going to be on the market soon for a new vehicle and Infinity of Lisle would be my first pick on where I go. More

I needed to trade in my BMW 645CI due to financial reasons (wanted to lower my monthly payment) and because we have a baby on the way. I needed a car that usable in the winter and had 4 doors. I walked in and discussed a possible trade with Steve. The dealer appraised my car at $2600 more than the BMW dealership. Although I know that I could have received more selling it on my own, I felt it was a decent offer. That established trust right off the bat. Throughout the process, Steve and other members at the dealership were very friendly and helpful. We popped in a couple times when we were in the area and each time were greeted in a friendly manner. When we decided on a possible car, the negotiations went very well. Without having to haggle back and forth, I thought they took the appropriated reductions on the used car. They also assisted greatly in the financing !!!! I'll just say they went above and beyond in the financing area and that alone earned our trust and will ensure that we work with them first in the future. Thanks to all at Infiniti of Lisle !!! Also, he took responsibility for hunting down the exact car I w models I was considering with sound recommendations, and was very easy to work with.
