I had the opportunity to work with Mark Rancone after a lengthy search for a vehicle at several other dealerships in the area. I appreciated his relaxed approach and he genuinely seemed interested in mak lengthy search for a vehicle at several other dealerships in the area. I appreciated his relaxed approach and he genuinely seemed interested in making sure that the Infiniti QX50 I purchased was the right car for me. He was thorough in regards to explaining features as I was new to owning an Infiniti.
