Wife brought car in for service for the first time ever, I have always brought it I before. This time the car developed a rattle in the front end that wasn't there before an oil change. I'm convinced these people damaged the bushings in the front end so they could repair them. They also wanted an hour diagnostic time to reset a light on the dash and a Google search showed me how to do it in about 5 minutes. Be wary of this service department. I wrote the GM and never received a response when this incident initially happened. More

If I could give zero stars I would. Please never take your car here. They do not honor their posted pricing and they treat you like a second class citizen. They make it seem like they are offering you a your car here. They do not honor their posted pricing and they treat you like a second class citizen. They make it seem like they are offering you a discount but then gain the money back by jacking the pricing up. When confronted, they tell you, we're not making any money off your service and we offered you a discount. However the prices on their website do not match what they charge you. When I brought this to the service reps attention, and tried to show him where on their website the prices were listed, he had no time to look at it. I was waiting for the follow-up "how did we do" email, but it never came. It seems like when you don't have a good experience, they "forget" to send you the review request which keeps their ratings high because they don't give you the opportunity to voice your concern. They are a horrible dealership to work with. I purchased my first Infiniti from them and swore I would never return after the sales manager forged my signature on a document. Thought I'd give them another chance when management changed but unfortunately they are the same rude and dishonest people who could care less about customer service. I will stick with Infiniti of Hanover. Even though that dealership is a longer drive for me, it's worth not being talked to like you're an idiot. Save your time, your money and your energy and go somewhere else. More
