Great Car-Buying Experience Jodie Caccavale was very accommodating from the first moment we inquired online. We spoke several times by phone. She pre-qualified me before I came i Jodie Caccavale was very accommodating from the first moment we inquired online. We spoke several times by phone. She pre-qualified me before I came into the dealership (my request). She followed up appropriately. She helped me dance around the fact that I didn't have my title or registration hard copies. She learned what I was looking for and had it parked right up front and ready to test drive. And she did an excellent, amazing job of teaching my wife and I about the car. She knew all the features like the back of her hand and was patient and understanding in talking us through all the featured. Even after we had purchased the car, she stayed late to help us pair our phones and garage door opener with the car, set our home address into the Nav system, and walk us through the features again. We also found Eric Delapena to be helpful in his handling of the financing for us. Like Jodie, he was patient, friendly and helpful as we walked through all the options. We also spent some time with Mario Romero, who was also nice and friendly. The whole experience was wonderful. We would absolutely buy from these guys again. More
