INFINITI of Ontario - Service Center

Service was super slow. Went in for apple car play update was told it was 45-1hour wait. Never got updated after the first hour mark nor the second. Took them 2 hour and 59 minutes to finally let me know it was told it was 45-1hour wait. Never got updated after the first hour mark nor the second. Very clean and organized. Tried to schedule my service through their assistant online, you know the one that "pops" when you go on their website. They said they would contact me but nothing ever happened through their assistant online, you know the one that "pops" when you go on their website. They said they would contact me but nothing ever happened. The next time I simply didn't respond to the assistant and scheduled my appointment, which is what I recommend. More
