Easiest car buying experience I've ever had, and the least time-consuming. They were totally willing to work with us to make it this way: we made an appointment, we walked in and knew exactly what we wa least time-consuming. They were totally willing to work with us to make it this way: we made an appointment, we walked in and knew exactly what we wanted to test drive (a specific used vehicle on the lot), negotiated for about 20 minutes. Went home and called to give them our decision a couple days later. We emailed them our IDs and insurance and they drew up the paperwork before we arrived (also had an appt for this). We arrived, signed, no one tried to sell us extra warranties or stuff we didn't need, and we were out in less than an hour with the car. Feels like some kind of record. Very good experience. More
