Great dealer service but I wish Infiniti the Company will start putting Customer before Cost when it comes to repairing warrantied vehicles. If I come into your service department without a warranty, you wi start putting Customer before Cost when it comes to repairing warrantied vehicles. If I come into your service department without a warranty, you will find the issue an charged the Customer If I come in with a warranty, I have to prove to you something is wrong with the vehicle if it’s not obvious. I know this is the norm in this day and time but warranties exist for a reason. More
They were very nice and professional, however the business practice of needing them to scan a code on my car to tell me whats wrong costing $200 is pretty messed up. Especially when the answer was nothing, but then I had to spend $200 on some 'recommended' items just to not lose that money. My biggest problem was that my front seat wouldn't move forward or back, after reviewing the problem, they said it was likely the battery for the electric chair but it couldn't be fixed without taking it apart so it would cost 2K. To get my seat to move. Then unrelated I took my car to somewhere else, they recommended a new car battery (for about $150) and when they put it in, guess what??? The chair moved again. I cannot believe the experts at Infiniti didn't even recommend checking this. I will never take my car back to a dealer where they try to upcharge me for everything and recommend things I don't need. More
