My wife and I went to Infinity used cars to trade in an older Lexus Rx350 and purchase a Toyota Highlander, however, the interior was the wrong color so as we were walking out, my salesman, Floyd Burwell, older Lexus Rx350 and purchase a Toyota Highlander, however, the interior was the wrong color so as we were walking out, my salesman, Floyd Burwell, showed me a newer Rx350 than mine for about the same price as the Highlander we were looking at so we drove it and fell in love! Floyd had the patience of a Saint! My wife and I were back and forth over color, warranty, etc. but Floyd hung in there with us and presented several options. The car appears to be in perfect condition, mechanically checked out by the dealer, and I would definitely recommend this dealer to my family or anyone looking to purchase a new or used car.
