I made the mistake of purchasing a used 2019 Infiniti QX60 out-of-state in Ohio. Less than a week after the car was transported to Florida the brakes begin to make a very strange sound. I knew something was not right and immediately took the car to the nearby Infiniti of Palm Beach maintenance shop. Upon arrival I was greeted by Danny Solorzano. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Not only did he and his team of mechanics quickly identify the problem and fix my car. They also provided me with documentation and spoke via phone with Honda dealer in Ohio where I purchased the car. Danny politely explained to them how the aftermarket parts they had put on my car were not only wrong for an Infiniti, but unsafe. Danny helped convince the GM of the Ohio dealership to cover the cost of replacement brake pads and rotors. Danny’s support saved me and my family over $1,000 (and quite possibly prevented what could have been a serious car accident in our future). I would highly recommend Danny and his team of mechanics at Infiniti of Palm Beach. They are experienced, fast, honest and extremely nice to work with. More

I leased the 2019 QX 50 I love the car but the dealership is garbage. They have zero customer service once the car deal is complete! They will not go above and beyond at all to help the customers! They sell products to protect my car and the dealership does not honor it for th stepsister! I purchased theses packages and gives me nothing but problems when repairs are needed also when I bring my car in for service for many items I’ve been told sorry we just can’t figure it out! I have a stack of service records with incomplete repairs repeat problems I’ve been dealing with them for 36 months I would never buy a car from Infiniti or Schumacher dealerships ever again because I have the same issues with Volvo where I purchased a second car and their customer service is garbage as well! Save yourself the headache and go to an Infiniti dealership outside of Palm Beach County! 36 months is a long time to be forced to deal with a dealership who can not accommodate their customers in the family like manner that Schumaker preaches in his commercials this is far from family treatment it’s more like the how much more can we do to make someone pay! This is about my eighth car in my life so I’m not new in purchasing cars and this by far is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with I’d rather go to Wayne Akers Ford! But they were really nice when they were getting the sale! My lease is up in about three months and I plan to purchase my car out right but I will take it to another Infiniti dealership to make that transaction I will never give Schumaker another dime of mine. The very Cautious of this dealership and any of the Schumacher entities!! More
