Ide Honda, and SPECIFICALLY, BRAD CONSTANTINO, completely changed this experience. Brad Constantino was an absolute joy to deal with and he is, by far, the best salesman I have ever worked with. First, he recognizes that individuals are working within specific budgets and begins by really listening to the customer. He gets to know his client, and you get the feeling that he is really working to meet your needs and to provide you with a quality product. He's a family man himself and knows his product. He knows what features are needed for a family with young kids and is straightforward with you in terms of what you need and what might be extraneous. He was extremely patient as he considered my questions and worked with the finance department to develop a plan that I could be comfortable with and afford. Throughout the process, he was extremely accessible and promptly answered any questions I had. Even after the purchase was done, he continued to be helpful when I had questions about DMV documents, etc. Brad Constantino is honest and courteous and made this experience actually quite enjoyable.
