Nightmare! Stay away. They made a mistake processing my deposit payment and now owe me $5,000 to correct their mistake. They said they issued a credit to my cre Stay away. They said they issued a credit to my credit card, but the credit card bank says they have no record of the refund and won't see it for 7-10 business days...if they issued it.! I was also told by their salesman that they pay 8% in credit card fees. THAT WAS A LIE! The GM, Adam Well, had no interest in making things right or concern for the customer, his comment was I get 30 days of float from the credit card company so I shouldn't worry about it. The fact that they tied up my credit and didn't care appears to be how this dealership operates. They give the industry a bad name. More

I was interested in buying a new hybrid CRV which brought me to IDE Honda’s website. I looked at their site as I had a recall service on my existing CRV and I was impressed with their professionalism; let al me to IDE Honda’s website. Called the dealership and was transferred to Jennifer Flammia (a name mentioned in the reviews I read). Jenn answered the questions I had and offered a bit more information that set the stage for an appointment to see the vehicles. She continued to supply much needed assistance in evaluating if a Hybrid was what was right for me. After the test drive and being confident in the vehicle, Jenn continued to listen and worked with me to come up with a very good deal.
