Best buying experience I've ever known. Being a lady and buying several cars from other dealerships on my own has not always proven to be the best experience. I was told about Imperial and the quality and integrity of the salesmen and I was very happy to find out it was true. Jazz Kelly was my salesmen. He was thorough and I was given good quality care. He understood my special needs as I am chemically sensitive and listened with understanding and patience. If you want a great buying experience, without a doubt go to Imperial. The follow up service is also great. I recently brought it in for the first service check up and oil change and I can't say enough about how great there service and care really is. Worth the drive! Even though my husband and I live an hour away we decided to try Imperial because of their large inventory. Other dealers only had one or two cars in the make and model that we were looking for. When we arrived we were greeted immediately and set up with our sales man, Joshua Pepin. Joshua was an excellent salesman. Joshua was never pushy and he was very knowledgeable of any of the cars we looked at. He took his time with us and made sure all of our questions were answered. Joshua helped my husband and I find exactly what we were looking for at the price we were looking to pay. We are very happy with our purchase and the professional and courteous service we received. Full disclosure I recently purchased a GMC Terrain from this dealership, I thought I had a pretty good rapport with my salesman Paul, until about a week later I was o I recently purchased a GMC Terrain from this dealership, I thought I had a pretty good rapport with my salesman Paul, until about a week later I was opening my drivers side backdoor and noticed a large bead of rust along the inside bottom of the door. I am a stickler for CARFAX and I looked it over closely and there was no indication there was a problem with the vehicle. I have a friend in the business and I showed him the door and he was shocked NOBODY mentioned this to me either by the salesman or the people detailing the car. I know this car was a lease because I saw the CARFAX, and I'm fully aware how they check these vehicles when the lease is over, and I'm sure they charged this person for the rust area. Upon further inspection we noticed the whole inside door panel and adjacent door jam has been re-painted , same color not same gloss level. Believe me I know I should have gone over this vehicle with a fine tooth comb, but this is a $22,000 vehicle with 30,00 miles not exactly winter beater. If the CARFAX is the bible here to sell cars lets try to be a little up front with the true facts. I truly feel they knew about the door and the re-paint because I NEVER received 1 text or email asking how I like my car.... I had a true professional repair the area. I have pictures of before and after. More

After careful consideration, I decided to check out Imperial Chevrolet since they had some pretty I've been obsessed with Chevy Tahoe's since forever. After careful consideration, I decided to check out Imperial Chevrolet since they had some pretty great reviews online. And after my experience with purchasing a used Tahoe from them, here's another great review. Firas Ektilah greeted me and my family upon arrival, and I immediately felt at ease with his sincerity. We weren't expecting to leave a dealership purchasing a car that day. But at Imperial, we did. Even my leery husband was impressed with Firas and the entire experience. They fed us pizza while we waited to get approved for financing (my credit score is less than stellar). The staff entertained my 3 year old son the entire time, so not even a toddler meltdown happened after both my husband and I test drove, came to terms, and decided to follow through with the financing process. The showroom is decorated with lots of really cool sports memorabilia, and a nice entertainment area. Very impressive. If you're looking for a transparent car dealership that you want to trust and put you at ease about buying a new or used vehicle, (who doesn't) then I highly recommend Firas Ektilah and Imperial Chevrolet. I finally have the car I've been wanting for years. Very happy customer here! More
