Postive Used Car purchase. I had a positive experience purchasing a used car. Sam was the sales Consultant. I test drove two cars. There was no pressure from Sam to choose one. I had a positive experience purchasing a used car. Sam was the sales Consultant. I test drove two cars. There was no pressure from Sam to choose one. I picked the car I preferred. I had a True Car certificate and a $350 coupon. Imperial honored both without any haggling. I drove the car home the next day. When I got home I noticed a small gouge on the passenger side tire. I immediately took a picture and sent it to Sam. He responded promptly and stated the tire would be replaced at no cost. I am a repeat customer. I have a 2010 F150, 2010 Focus, and 2016 Compass purchased from Imperial Cars. The service has been good. The Focus has 140K miles and still running strong. More
