We decided that we wanted to give Imperial another chance and boy are we glad we did. The experience that we had was wonderful, easy, and relaxing. This was all due to Ali K. and the service that he provided us with. He answered all of our questions honestly, and went out of his way to help with the requests that we had. We left Imperial feeling that we made the right choice of vehicle and dealership. At no point did Ali try to pressure us into a vehicles that we didn't want or a vehicle that was out of our budget. Ali was very down to earth and understanding of what we were looking for. Ali is the reason that we will return to Imperial for our next vehicle and recommend Imperial to our friends and Family. Don kept me updated on the progress, which not a lot a places do and the car was ready when he said it would be ready. I would recommend speaking to Don when having your car serviced at Ford. More

There isn't enough space here to put down all the details but this should of been the easiest sale of the year. The customer service and response from Kim in the finance dept was awful, no call backs, bad responses when I did reach her. They could not accommodate a meeting before there team meeting, even though I was traveling 2hrs, at 9am. They couldnt FedEx me the documents that I needed to complete the sale to save me a needless trip. If you don't have the ability to complete transactions in an online sales environment please do not advertise online. Out of state customers and online vehicle purchasers beware, don't waist your time with companies that do not put the customers first. There are way to many other great dealers out there. More

Great Service Experience I had my Ford Escape recently serviced at Imperial Ford. I had an appointment for an oil change, but I needed the heat in my car repaired as well. I made an appointment and after diagnosing the problem was told to come back the next day and th The ford service dept. was an exceptional experience.
