The entire process from start to finish was actually enjoyable. They were accommodating in many ways. I love my new vehicle! We have bought vehicles from Dave Mello from other dealerships dating back to 2004 and have bought two vehicles from Imperial itself. After continued return service (I cycle through 36-39 month leases on two vehicles) to another larger dealership in the Central Ma area we eventually we not cared for so it has been very refreshing working with Imperial and the sales staff. Follow up and following through goes a long ways these days and Imperial more than did so. I highly recommend Imperial and anyone I mentioned in my review. He kept me informed throughout the day of the progress and explained all repairs to me and the cost affiliated with the repair. Donny turned a negative situation into a positive experience.
