Indicating that I was actually on property for a car wash but the line was too long and that I had to be somewhere in 1/2 hour, he offered to let me drive the truck and bring it right back, no obligation. When I returned he asked what I thought and what I wanted to do. There was no typical pressure tactics like it won't be on the lot for very long, etc. I felt really comfortable with Doug and decided to put an offer on the table and 15 minutes later we had a deal.
